Timing Gear Case
- Standard 10A model with 76 precisely machined links, perfectly matched to Lovol header sprockets, ensuring accurate alignment during installation with no play or tooth skipping.
- High-strength, wear-resistant and durable, manufactured from premium alloy steel using heat treatment processes. Pins and rollers are resistant to wear and tensile stress, ensuring they do not elongate or break during heavy-duty operations.
- Smooth transmission without jamming; high meshing precision ensures smooth operation with low noise, guaranteeing stable power for header conveyance and crop feeding, and preventing loss of rotation during harvesting.
- Resistant to mud, water and dust, suitable for the harsh conditions of paddy fields; rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a longer service life even in dusty and humid environments.
- Easy to replace and highly versatile; no modification required – simply replace the original chain to reduce downtime for maintenance and improve operational efficiency.
Product Description
The main air filter element is specifically designed for use with Lovol series agricultural machinery. It utilizes high-density, highly breathable filter paper and a reinforced frame structure, offering excellent dust retention capacity and smooth airflow. The product features a tight seal and precise fit, effectively filtering out dust, impurities, and straw debris from the air. This prevents contaminants from entering the cylinders, which would otherwise accelerate wear on critical components such as cylinder liners and pistons, thereby extending the engine’s service life. The overall structure is resistant to deformation and vibration, making it suitable for dusty and complex field conditions. It is easy to install and highly adaptable, providing stable and reliable intake protection for the engine to ensure ample power and sustained, efficient operation.
Replacement Guide
- Turn off the engine and disconnect the power supply. Open the outer cover of the air filter housing and remove the main filter element, taking care to prevent debris from falling into the intake duct.
- Gently blow dust out from the inside using compressed air; do not tap or wash with water. If the filter element is damaged or severely clogged, replace it immediately.
- Install the new main filter element in the correct orientation, ensuring the sealing gasket is properly seated. Secure the housing and verify there is no looseness.
- Start the engine and check the intake area for air leaks or unusual noises. Only proceed with operation after confirming everything is normal.
- Refer to the equipment maintenance manual for the replacement interval. Shorten the interval in dusty or straw-filled work environments; replace immediately if clogged.
